Share your event type, preferred and alternate dates, guest count, and setup needs. It takes about three minutes.
2. We check availability
We review your dates against worship and ministry commitments and reply within 1–2 business days with options and a quote range.
3. Tour, approve, and book
Walk the space, then confirm with church approval, a signed facility-use agreement, a refundable deposit, and insurance if required.
Why alcohol-free
Why an alcohol-free venue?
Because the best celebrations are the ones everyone can enjoy. An alcohol-free reception keeps the focus on the people you love: children run freely, elders stay comfortable, guests in recovery are honored, and no one worries about the drive home.
It also keeps costs down — no bar service, no bartender, no liquor liability rider — so more of your budget goes to food, flowers, and photography.
Families tell us the room feels warmer, the toasts feel more sincere, and the evening still ends with dancing.
What that means practically
No alcohol is served, sold, or brought onto the property — including in catering.
We're glad to suggest sparkling ciders, mocktail bars, coffee and dessert stations, and other festive alternatives.
Pricing
Introductory rates, clearly stated
Fellowship hall rentals start at $600–$800 for a weekday block, and our combined sanctuary-plus-hall wedding package ranges from $1,800–$2,500. All rates are introductory and subject to board approval.
Dates are held only after written confirmation and a deposit.
