How the day flows here
1. Prepare and arrive
Arrive with your party and vendors inside your reserved block. Preparation rooms may be available depending on the day's church schedule; we confirm what's possible for your date.
2. Ceremony in the sanctuary
A center aisle, seating for your guests, and daylight through tall windows — beautiful in photographs with minimal decorating.
3. Photographs and transition
Guests move across the campus while you take portraits in the sanctuary and around the grounds.
4. Reception in the fellowship hall
Round or long-table layouts with room for a head table, cake and gift tables, dessert stations and dancing.
5. Cleanup and closing
Décor, gifts and personal property are removed and the space is closed out — all inside your reserved block.

Rehearsal availability
Rehearsal time can be requested with your booking and is scheduled around church programming. Availability is confirmed in writing.
Decorating parameters
Free-standing arches, greenery, linens, signage and fully enclosed candles are welcome. Nothing may be nailed, taped, stapled or adhered to walls, floors, seating or fixtures, and attachments require advance approval.
Kitchen and preparation rooms
Kitchen access is available by arrangement. Getting-ready or preparation rooms are subject to availability on your date and confirmed during your tour.
