Your rental block includes your own setup, decorating, and teardown time, so please build those hours into your requested start and end times.
Planning
Setup, catering, and cleanup
Catering. Bring an outside caterer, drop-off food, or serve family-style. Kitchen access is arranged in advance; alcohol is never permitted.
Decor. Free-standing decor, linens, balloons, and enclosed candles are welcome. No nails, staples, or adhesives on walls, and nothing that damages floors or fixtures.
Cleanup. A cleaning fee covers standard post-event cleaning; renters remove decor, gifts, and personal items before the block ends.
