The security deposit is refundable after the event, subject to the condition of the space and the terms of your agreement.

Before you book
What a confirmed booking requires
- Church approval of the event and date
- A signed facility-use agreement
- A refundable security deposit
- Event liability insurance, if required for your event
- Payment per the schedule in your agreement
- Agreement to all facility policies, including our alcohol-free policy
