A celebration that welcomes your guests
Our property is alcohol-free and smoke-free. Families with children, older relatives and guests in recovery can share the occasion without alcohol service. Couples who prefer this setting can build a reception around conversation, dining, photographs, music and dancing rather than a bar package.
Choosing an alcohol-free event also means you do not need to budget for our venue to provide alcohol service, bartender staffing or corkage: those services are not offered here. Your overall budget still needs to account for the venue, outside vendors and any event insurance required for your celebration.
Catering and festive drink alternatives
Outside caterers and other vendors are welcome with advance approval. Share your catering plans before booking so the team can review them against the facility policies. Kitchen access is available by arrangement and is confirmed in your written quote and facility-use agreement; it is not something to assume is included.
The site's FAQ suggests sparkling ciders, mocktail bars and coffee-and-dessert stations as festive alternatives. You can discuss these ideas with your caterer while keeping the entire property alcohol-free. Food and beverages other than water are not permitted in the sanctuary, so plan your meal and refreshments for the reception space.
Ceremony and reception spaces
The sanctuary seats approximately 400 people, about 200 on either side of the center aisle. The fellowship hall accommodates about 100 guests with banquet tables. Its chairs-only maximum of 487 is a different layout, not the number to use when planning a seated wedding meal. Confirm your guest count and intended setup with the team.
Sanctuary and fellowship hall wedding rentals have a published planning range of $1,800–$2,500. That is not an all-inclusive wedding total. Catering, decorations and photography are separate arrangements, and final pricing depends on your date, spaces, duration, setup and requested services. There are 96 on-site parking spaces across three lots.
Plan the details before committing
The sanctuary has sound and video technology and can support livestreaming when needed. Using that equipment requires a paid technician at an additional $50 per hour. Tell the team about microphones, projection or streaming needs when requesting your quote, rather than treating technical support as part of the base rental.
Friday evening through Saturday receives priority for Sabbath worship and ministry commitments. Dates that overlap require individual review. A final booking requires church approval, a signed facility-use agreement, a deposit and insurance if required. Setup, decorating and teardown must fit your reserved block; any early access needs to be requested and confirmed.
A free, no-obligation tour lets you see the sanctuary, hall, entrances and parking before deciding. Bring your expected guest count and questions about seating, catering and accessibility. Submit your preferred and alternate dates through the quote form; an inquiry starts the conversation but does not reserve a date.
